The Embassy of Sri Lanka in Riyadh has launched a dedicated Snapchat page named “جنة الدنيا" (“Jannat Dunya” - Paradise of the Earth) in Arabic Language to promote Sri Lanka Tourism in Saudi Arabia, showcasing Sri Lanka as a premier, year-round destination for family, luxury, experiential and halal-friendly travel. It highlights a wide array of offerings, including natural beauty, wildlife safaris, wellness retreats and cultural experiences.
Snapchat is the most popular social media platform in Saudi Arabia and a Snapchat page in Arabic language “Jannat Dunya” was launched by the Ambassador of Sri Lanka to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia Ameer Ajwad during the mega Sri Lanka Tourism Roadshow held in Riyadh on 22nd April 2025
