Sri Lankan fishermen repatriated from Myanmar

Following representations made by the Government of Sri Lanka, to the Myanmar authorities, 05 Sri Lankan fishermen were released and repatriated to Sri Lanka
recently.

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs, in coordination with Sri Lanka Embassy in Yangon and the Myanmar Embassy in Colombo, extended consular assistance and facilitated their release and repatriations.
