Sri Lanka was a participant at the three-day Food, Hotel Supplies and Trade exhibition held in Seychelles recently.
It was organised by CDC Events and Travels (Pvt) Ltd, a Sri Lankan event organiser, in collaboration with Senpa (Small Enterprise Promotion Agency), the Seychelles Chamber of Commerce and Industry and the Seychelles Tourism Board.
Singapore, China, South Africa and Seychelles also took part in the exhibition. Sri Lankan High Commissioner to Seychelles Rajatha Piyatissa said the exhibition was a milestone and landmark event for Seychelles.
“Seychelles has an investor-friendly government and it is easy to do business in Seychelles,” said the High Commissioner. Seychelles President James Michel said opportunities exist for local and international businesses to benefit by working in partnership.
