Oman Blood Banks Services Department Felicitates Sri Lanka’s Ambassador to the Sultanate of Oman

Sri Lankan’s Ambassador to the Sultanate of Oman, O.L. Ameer Ajwad was felicitated by the Department of Blood Banks Services of the Oman Ministry of Health in appreciation of blood donation and the continuous support in organising blood donation campaigns by the Sri Lankan community living in the Sultanate of Oman. The ceremony was held on 16 September 2019 at Muscat Grand Millennium Hall.

Undersecretary for Planning in the Ministry of Health of Oman Dr. Ali bin Talib Al Hinai presented a memento to Ambassador Ameer Ajwad in recognition of Sri Lankan community’s gesture of human solidarity with the people of the Sultanate of Oman.

Director General of Specialised Medical Care of the Health Ministry of Oman Dr. Kazim bin Jaafar and Director of Blood Banks Services Development Dr. Zainab Salim al Araimi were also present during the felicitation ceremony.
