Reminisce

There isn't much of a difference between Raj Rajaratnam and Navanetham Pillay. Rajaratnam robbed and financed the LTTE cause, which he said was his cause.Pillay is going around spreading anti Sri Lankan propaganda. Today Muslims are killing the whites, openly, before cameras.
Can't Pillay meet the present Chief of the UNHRC to call the Muslims and to stop the killings? Children cry when they see these videos.
In 2013, Rajaratnam, a Sri Lankan Tamil living in America who was the founder of the Galleon Group, a Hedge Fund was convicted of conspiracy and securities frauds, in one of the biggest Insider Trading Cases in the history of Wall Street.
But there was another reason the American Government was interested in Rajaratnam. That was his alleged financial support to Tamil separatists in Sri Lanka, whose cause, even now, is spearheaded by Tamil Terrorists based in America and other Western countries.
Diaspora
Even today the Tamil Tigers under the new name of Diaspora are being financed by very influential and rich Tamils living abroad. Many of the donors are eminently respectable, and worked in America, Canada, Australia and England. Many are either doctors, lawyers, engineers and economists, drawing fat salaries.
There was an event called Double Tree that was mainly to introduce Raj Rajaratnam to the expatriate Tamils in America. His Galleon Group was introduced to the audience as the richest Hedge Fund in America which made Rajaratnam, the richest man in the world.
The speaker mainly said Rajaratnam is the biggest LTTE financier in Sri Lanka having links with the majority race, the Sinhalese. In November 2002, the Doubletree Hotel in Somerset, America hosted, a lunch, a dinner, speeches, and ended up with dancing and singing. All those who were assembled were only Tamils residing in America. The special reason to hold this event was to mark the 25th Anniversary of Ilankai Tamil Sangam. The organization is a cultural organisation but all members assembled were for an Independent Tamil State. That was an open secret.
It was supposed to be not militant, but all knew at heart, they all had militant views, very strongly.
Though the Doubletree Hotel was for a peaceful cultural assembly, the military wing of the LTTE in America displayed flags and videos of the LTTE at the meeting.

In America, one could buy any gun freely available in gun shops. If one needed he could carry any type of gun, round his waist. You can look like John Wayne, Gary Cooper or Clint Eastwood. There are some ghastly crime events in America because one could carry a gun. There are several mental cases using guns, walking into a classroom and massacring innocent school children. At the Doubletree Hotel, LTTE militants entered the hall all armed. No one dared to question any militant. Everything had looked peaceful but only LTTE cassettes were shown. The videos hadn't looked peaceful; except killing.
The Sri Lankan Government designated the LTTE as a terrorist organization. The US Government too designated the LTTE, a terrorist organization. How come they are so free and get around as if looking around and saying "who cares"?
It has been an American Terrorist organization. There are so many all over America, as I was told by an American expert. If you do something, there comes the Human Rights issue, which will lead leaders to be called killers or dictators. They like the LTTE and so they don't hide but get on openly like what happened at the Doubletree Hotel. In the opinion of the American expert a LTTE killer hides anywhere in a Western country, without a problem. All Americans know what a terrorist organization is. Like in Sri Lanka they are responsible for hundreds of suicide attacks on buses, temples and shopping malls. Eminent people were killed including many who were useful to Sri Lanka. Women and children were just brutally killed. In 1991 they killed Rajiv Gandhi, R. Premadasa, Ranjan Wijeratne, Lalith Athulathmudali and Gamini Dissanayake. The list is so long that books and books will be needed to fill the numbers killed.
Doubletree Hotel
The Doubletree Hotel star speaker was Raj Rajaratnam. His net worth is reported to be around US$ 1.7 billion. Rajaratnam who had got up at the meeting flanked by LTTE flags and LTTE cameras had said, "Everyone assembled here should give 100 per cent support to the LTTE and Prabhakaran. Its cause is our cause; so support." The audience continued to clap getting up and shouting "a Free Unitary Tamil State".
"If our LTTE brothers are called terrorists, we are all terrorists. So support the great cause of the Tamils. To support the Tamil cause, support Prabhakaran and the Tamil cause".
Then the audience came to know that Rudra Rajaratnam has donated US$ 1 million. How and where his money went and through whom was the money sent? There is a case in the Lankan Courts regarding this. In the hearings no names of Sinhalese are being mentioned. Two Sinhalese, one a politician and the other a businessman have been the recipients of Rajaratnam's money.

Anyway, Rajaratnam is in jail for a massive fraud. To whom was this money paid? It was for the LTTE to kill more people and destroy all the assets of the country. Rajaratnam's story is a long story. How did he rob all that money? No Sri Lankan has ever gone to that stage of robbing, not even an American, they say.
But LTTE, the cause he was fighting for, is today not a lost cause. The cause was shown and known all over the world.
America was always in that stage and today more are involved to support the Diaspora to hurt the feelings of Sri Lanka. Diaspora everyday creates another Navanetham Pillay. There are even Sri Lankan women supporting the anti Sri Lankan image being built up by Navanetham Pillay.
