Christmas Celebrations at the Embassy and Permanent Mission of Sri Lanka in Vienna

Christmas celebrations with Carols were organized for the first time by the Embassy and Permanent Mission of Sri Lanka in Vienna on 29 December 2018 at the Embassy premises.

Many Sri Lankans belonging to different faiths along with six priests based in Vienna attended the celebrations. Christmas Carols were sung by a Sri Lankan choir in Sinhala, Tamil English and German languages.

The President’s Christmas message was readout by the Sri Lankan children in Vienna.  This colourful event provided an opportunity for the Sri Lankan children in Vienna to demostrate their talents.
