One of Sri Lanka’s premium CeylonTea export brands, Basilur Tea, was prominently promoted during celebrations of 78th National Independence Day of Sri Lanka.
The event was attended by the members of the Diplomatic corps, senior Chinese Government officials, and the Chinese business community, including prominent stakeholders of the tea trade. All the distinguished guests were presented with exclusive gift bags featuring Basilur Tea-branded packaging currently marketed in China through the company’s flagship online stores.
The brand’s presence on leading Chinese e-commerce platforms was highlighted, guiding attendees on where to purchase authentic Ceylon Tea products within the Chinese market and further strengthening brand accessibility and consumer engagement.
Through this strategic initiative, Ceylon Tea was prominently positioned as an iconic national brand, further enhancing its visibility and strengthening its recognition among Chinese nationals.
