Newly appointed Honorary Consul of Sri Lanka in Haifa and Northern Israel Anat Bernstein Reich received her Commission of Appointment.
As the President of the Israel – Asia Chamber of Commerce and the Chairperson of the Israel- Sri Lanka Chamber of Commerce, the newly appointed Honorary Consul has been working closely with Sri Lankan business entities over the last twenty years.
Honorary Consul Bernstein-Reich is scheduled to open an Honorary Consulate in Haifa, the capital of Northern Israel and aims to improve trade relations between the two countries, and make facilitation for assist the Sri Lankan migrant workers in the area.
