The State Secretary of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs Norway, Ms. Marianne Hagan, visited the Embassy of Sri Lanka in Oslo, to offer condolences to the Government and the people of Sri Lanka following the tragic events of Easter Sunday. The State Secretary met with Ambassador Arusha Cooray, and expressed her sympathy and condolences to the victims and families of the brutal terror attacks. She expressed the support of the Norwegian Government to Sri Lanka. The Ambassador expressed her appreciation to the State Secretary and the Government of Norway, for the support extended to the Government and people of Sri Lanka.
Many Ambassadors and the members of the Female Ambassadors Group in Oslo also visited the Embassy of Sri Lanka to offer their sympathy and condolences to the Embassy staff and the people of Sri Lanka following the tragic events of Easter Sunday. The lady Ambassadors met with Ambassador for Sri Lanka in Norway, Arusha Cooray. The Ambassador extended her deep gratitude to the female Ambassadors for their condolences and support at this difficult time.
