President Mahinda Rajapaksa was on a four-day state visit to Maldives and Seychelles recently, accompanied by First Lady Shiranthi Rajapaksa. External Affairs Minister Prof. G. L. Peiris, Higher Education Minister S. B. Dissanayake, Monitoring MP of the External Affairs Ministry Sajin de Vass Gunawardena, MPs A. H. M. Azwar, Lohan Ratwatta and Udith Lokubandara, Secretary to the President Lalith Weeratunga and External Affairs Ministry Secretary Kshenuka Senewiratne also participated.
