The Deputy Foreign Minister Dr. Harsha de Silva and Foreign Secretary Chitranganee Wagiswara will be receiving the first consignment of Flood Relief Material from India that will be handed over by Indian High Commissioner Y.K. Sinha at the Passenger Terminal (Gate 1 Entrance) of the Colombo Port, on Saturday, 21 May 2016 at 1:30pm.
