The High Commission of Sri Lanka in Islamabad received a cheque amounting to PKR 500,000 from M. H. Wali Muhammad & Co., Gujranwala, Pakistan, as a contribution to support the people of Sri Lanka affected by the recent cyclone and heavy rainfall. M. H. Wali Muhammad & Co. is a government-approved contractor, manufacturer, and exporter of uniform equipment for the Armed Forces, specializing in badges and medals in Pakistan.
Managing Partner of M. H. Wali Muhammad & Co., Abrar Ahmed visited the High Commission and handed over the cheque to High Commissioner of Sri Lanka in Islamabad, Rear Admiral Fred Senevirathne on 09 December 2025.
On behalf of the Government of Sri Lanka, the High Commissioner expressed his heartfelt gratitude to Abrar Ahmed for his generous contribution of PKR 500,000 towards Sri Lanka’s disaster-relief efforts.
