The Embassy of Sri Lanka in Jakarta organized a Photographic Exhibition entitled “Enchanting Sri Lanka” comprising photographs depicting cultural heritage and national beauty of Sri Lanka, at the National Library in Jakarta, which was well attended by the general public of Jakarta, including many children.
The Exhibition which lasts for 01 week was opened on 14 December 2019 and featured “Sinhala Cultural Dance Troupe” of the Sasana Abhiwardhana Society, Buddhist Maha Vihara in Malaysia and “Komunitas Nusantari” dance troupe of Indonesia. Pure Ceylon tea was served at the function.
The participating members of the general public showed great interest in learning more about Sri Lanka as a neighboring country and attractive tourism destination.
