The Embassy of Sri Lanka in Poland in collaboration with the Sri Lanka Tea Board participated at The Polagra International Food and Catering Fair, held in Poznan from 23rd- 26th September 2013.
Sri Lanka Tea was represented well by Sri Lanka Tea Board, Jafferjee Brothers, Maskeliya Tea Gardens, Ceylon Tea Land and Stassen Exports. The Representatives were happy with the number of inquiries they received from prospective Tea buyers and a few have already commenced into serious partnership arrangements.
A Ceylon Tea presentation was also held at the venue on 24th September 2013 by Mrs. Chandramani Bandara, Deputy Director Promotions of Sri Lanka Tea Board. The event was attended by Mr. Henryk Judkowiak, President of the Poznan Chamber of Commerce and Industry along with the Vice President, Mr. And Save rzej Łyko, and representatives of Tea importers, media and other guests.
