The summit was inaugurated by Ms Grace Fu, Minister for Sustainability and the Environment of Singapore. H.E. Senarath Dissanayake, High Commissioner of Sri Lanka to Singapore and Ms. Bhagya Abeykoon, Minister Counsellor (Commercial) attended the inauguration ceremony.
