As directed by the Cabinet of Ministers, the draft action plan thus developed would be considered by the Cabinet by the end of October 2016.
A dedicated web page for this purpose has been launched with effect from 1 September 2016, in the website of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (www.mfa.gov.lk),ÂÂÂ which is accessible at:ÂÂÂ

The web page provides detailed information including background, the composition of the committees, principles to be applied to the drafting process, themes under which specific information should be transmitted.
The Inter-Ministerial Committee on Human Rights Action Plan requests all interested stakeholders to send in their observations or views preferably before 14 September 2016. Observations or views could be directly addressed to the following email ID: nhrap.consultations@mfa.gov.lk.

මානව හිමිකම් පිළිබඳ ක්රියාකාරී සැළැස්ම සඳහා මහජන නියෝජනය අපේක්ෂා කරයි
2017 – 2021 කාලසීමාව සඳහා ජාතික මානව හිමිකම් ක්රියාකාරී සැලැස්මක් සැකසීම සඳහා අමාත්ය මණ්ඩලය විසින් ස්ථාපිත කරන ලද අන්තර් අමාත්ය කමිටුව, නව පස් අවුරුදු මානව හිමිකම් ක්රියාකාරී සැලැස්ම කෙටුම්පත් කිරීම පිළිබඳව උනන්දුවක් දක්වන සංවිධාන හා සිවිල් සමාජය ඇතුළු සියලුම පාර්ශ්වකරුවන්ගෙන් නිරීක්ෂණ හෝ අදහස් හා මත ඉල්ලා සිටීමට තීරණය කර තිබේ.
අමාත්ය මණ්ඩලයේ උපදෙස්වලට අනුව, මෙසේ සකසනු ලබන කෙටුම්පත් ක්රියකාරී සැලැස්ම 2016 ඔක්තෝබර් මස අවසානයේදී අමාත්ය මණ්ඩලය විසින් සලකා බලනු ඇත.
2016 සැප්තැම්බර් 01 දින සිට ක්රියාත්මක වන පරිදි, මේ සඳහා වෙනමම වෙබ් පිටුවක්, විදේශ කටයුතු අමාත්යාංශයීය වෙබ් අඩවියේ ආරම්භ කර ඇති අතර www.mfa.gov.lk වෙබ් ලිපිනය ඔස්සේ ඊට ප්රවේශ විය හැකිය.
කමිටුවේ පසුබිම, කමිටුවේ සංයුතිය, කෙටුම්පත් ක්රියාවලියට අදාළ කර ගත යුතු මූලධර්ම, විශේෂිත තොරතුරු හුවමාරු කර ගත යුතු තේමා යනාදිය පිළිබඳ සවිස්තර තොරතුරු මෙම වෙබ් පිටුවෙහි ඇතුළත් වේ.

அழைக்கப்படும் பிரதிநிதித்துவங்கள்
அமைச்சரவையால் நிறுவப்பட்ட அமைச்சுக் கிடையிலான குழு ஒரு தேசிய மனித உரிமை செயல் திட்டத்தை உருவாக்கும் பொருட்டு 2016 - 2021 ஐந்தாண்டு வரையான காலத்திற்கு மனித உரிமைகள் செயல் திட்ட வரைபொன்றை செய்ய சிவில் சமூகம் மற்றும் ஆர்வமுள்ள அமைப்புகள் உட்பட அனைத்து பங்குதாரர்களிடமிருந்தும் அவதானிப்புக்கள் அல்லது நோக்குகளைப் பெறுவதற்கு தீர்மானித்துள்ளது.
அமைச்சரவையால் நெறிப்படுத்தப்பட்டதற்கிணங்க அவ்வாறு உருவாக்கப்பட்ட வரைபு செயற்திட்டம் 2016 ஒக்டோபர் இறுதியில் அமைச்சரவையால் கவனத்திற் கொள்ளப்படும். இந்நோக்கத்திற்காக ஓர் அர்ப்பணிப்பு இணைப்பு வெளிநாட்டு அலுவல்கள் அமைச்சின் வலைப்பக்கத்தில் 2016 செப்டம்பர் 01 முதல் அமுழுக்கு வரும் வகையில் தொடங்கப்பட்டுள்ளது. இது www.mfa.gov.lk இல் அணுக முடியும்.
