Dr. Olumuyiwa Benard Aliu, International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO) Council President and Dr. Fang Liu, ICAO Secretary General called on Foreign Minister Mangala Samaraweera, today. The ICAO delegation was in Sri Lanka to attend the 53rd Conference of Directors General of Civil Aviation, Asia and Pacific Region (53rd DGCA Conference) being held in Colombo, Sri Lanka from 01st - 05th August 2016.
