FCCISL promotes trade ties with Vietnam

The Federation of Chambers of Commerce and Industry of Sri Lanka (FCCISL) organised a trade delegation on ‘Exceptional Business Opportunities in Vietnam’, which took place at The Kingsbury, recently.

FCCISL PRESIDENT AJITH WATTUHEWA PRESENTING THE PLAQUE TO MADAM PHAN KIEU PHU IN THE PRESENCE OF (FROM LEFT) FCCISL SECRETARY GENERAL AJITH D. PERERA, VIETNAM TRADE AND INDUSTRY MINISTRY DEPUTY DIRECTOR GENERAL DO HUU HUG, VIETNAM EMBASSY MINISTER COUNSELLOR AND DEPUTY CHIEF OF MISSION NUUYEN DANG TUAN

V i e tn am Ambassador to Sri Lanka and the Maldives Madam Phan Kieu Phu was the chief guest at this business forum and there were 26 distinguished delegates representing Vietnam Trade and Industry Ministry.

The main purpose of this business delegation was to explore the possibilities of promoting bilateral trade ties between the two countries and this forum met affluent representatives from a wide range of Vietnamese industries including oil and gas, furniture, IT service, food and agriculture products, textiles, etc.
