The Embassy of Sri Lanka in Jakarta partnered with premier Indonesian social media influencers Yosua Anugerah Mogea (@yoskuliner) and Richard Widodo (@richitravelkuliner) to showcase the vibrant culture, cuisine, and tourist attractions of Sri Lanka.
The two influencers experienced the Sri Lankan culinary demonstration organized by the Embassy on 15 February 2024 at its premises. They enjoyed the flavors of Sri Lankan delicacies, including the Sri Lankan unique egg hoppers and honey pancakes.
The Ambassador of Sri Lanka to Indonesia and ASEAN Admiral Prof. Jayanath Colombage presented the attractive tourist destinations in Sri Lanka which ranged from thrilling wild safaris to the historic Sigiriya, Ambuluwawa Tower, Nuwara Eliya's picturesque landscapes, the iconic Nine Arch Bridge, and the lush tea estates.
The influencers shared the discussion and culinary experience at the Embassy by creating captivating videos in their Instagram, "yoskuliner" and "richitravelkuliner". The Embassy of Sri Lanka in Jakarta extends its gratitude to the influencers for their collaboration in showcasing Sri Lanka's culinary and tourist attractions to Indonesians.
