The Consulate General of Sri Lanka in Sydney, Australia along with the Austra –Lanka Muslim Association (ALMA) and the Sri Lankan community in Sydney celebrated an Iftar on 21st June 2017.
Addressing the audience of all the ethnic identities Mr. Lal Wickrematunge, Consul General appreciated the Sri Lankan Muslim Community in Sydney for the friendly and active engagement with the Consulate General, other communities and associations and wished for a blessed and joyous Eid Mr Rafi Mubarak. The president of ALMA also addressed the gathering and Mr. Abdul Raheem, Consul thanked those who attended and the assistance rendered by ALMA in organizing the event.
