Ambassador-designate of Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka to the State of Qatar, Kithsiri Athulathmudali presented Open Copy of his Letter of Credence to H.E. Minister of State for Foreign Affairs Sultan bin Saad Al Muraikhi on 20 August 2019.
H.E. the Minister of State for Foreign Affairs wished H.E. the Ambassador success in his duties, assuring him of all support to upgrade bilateral relations between the two friendly countries to closer cooperation in various fields.
Ambassador-designate Athulathmudali extended warm greetings to Amir of the State of Qatar, His Highness Sheikh Tamin Bin Hamad Al-Thani, and for the continued progress and prosperity of the people of the State of Qatar.
