The Government of the Republic of Mozambique with the concurrence of the Government of Sri Lanka has appointed Mr. Ermindo Augusto Ferreira as the High Commissioner of the Republic of Mozambique to Sri Lanka in Succession of H.E. Mr. José Maria da Silva Viera de Morais.
