The Sri Lankan Community in Frankfurt, Germany donated a consignment of medical equipment through the Consulate General of Sri Lanka in Frankfurt.
The donation from the Sri Lankan Community in Frankfurt was handed over at a ceremony held at the Foreign Ministry in Colombo on 31 March 2022. Foreign Secretary Admiral Prof. Jayanath Colombage handed over the donation to State Minister of Production, Supply and Regulation of Pharmaceuticals Prof. Channa Jayasumana
Consul General of Sri lanka in Frankfurt Madhurika Weninger and the staff of the Consulate General of Sri Lanka in Frankfurt coordinated the arrangements for the dispatch of the donation.
