- The information provided by the Grama Niladhari on form ‘DS 4’ which includes the stamp of the respective Divisional Secretariat will be considered for authentication. Grama Niladhari certificates, without the stamp of the respective Divisional Secretariat and the name stamp of the Grama Niladari will not be accepted for Attestation.
