Time to submit application: 0830hrs–1500hrs

Fees paying to obtain this service: None

Period taken to provide the Service: As soon as the court proceedings on the respective case conclude or the foreign employer settles all legal dues

Necessary Supporting documents: The applicant / complainant / relative should meet the subject officer with the proof of identity as the procedure varies according to circumstances of the cases reported. Please view the relevant for specific information.

Application Form: Only request letter for the complaint is required

2. Request letter of compensation
3. Details of the employer
4. Service Agreement
5. Company Identity Card
6. Insurance Details
7. Bank Details
8. Medical Reports (If Need)
9. Pass Port copy with visa pages

10.Power of Attorney

11. Other relevant legal documents (Birth Certificate/ Marriage Certificate etc.)

If court judgment is given as the applicant is the offender of the case there is no possibility of obtaining compensation.
