Prof.G.L.Peiris, Minister of External Affairs, during his official visit to Israel last week, delivered a lecture at the University of Tel Aviv . Minister Peiris called on President Shimon Peres of the State of Israel and had discussion with Mr. Benjamin Netanyahu, Prime Minister of Israel.
