Sri    Lanka’s    new   Ambassador  to  the  Netherlands, Adam  M.J. Sadiq  presented  the  Letter of  Credence  accrediting    him    as    Sri  Lanka’s  Permanent  Representative  to    the   Organization   for   the   Prohibition    of    Chemical    Weapons (OPCW),    to    the    Director    General    of   the  OPCW,  His    Excellency   Ahmet    Üzümcü    at    the   Headquarters     in    the    Hague  today.

The newly appointed Sri Lankan Envoy for Kuwait, Mr. Kaandeepan Balasubramaniam presented credentials to His Highness, Sabha Al-Ahmed Al-Jaber Al-Sabha, the Emir of the State of Kuwait, at the official Residence of His Highness, the “Bhayaan Palace” in Kuwait City on 15th September 2015.

The newly appointed Ambassador of Sri Lanka to the Republic of Korea Manisha Gunasekera presented credentials to President Park Guen-Hye on Monday 14 September at the President's Office in Seoul. The Credentials ceremony included a brief meeting with President Park, an official photograph and an honour guard. The Actg. Minister of Foreign Affairs Cho Tae-yong and the Senior Presidential Secretary for Foreign Affairs and National Security Ju Chul-ki were present at the Credentials ceremony from the Korean side.

High Commissioner of Sri Lanka to Bangladesh presents credentials

The new High Commissioner of Sri Lanka to Bangladesh, Ms. Yasoja Gunasekera presented credentials to Mr. Md. Abdul Hamid, the President of Bangladesh on 15 September 2015 at Bangabhaban, the Official Residence of the President. The credentials ceremony included a one to one discussion between the High Commissioner and the President, a Guard of Honour, playing of national anthems of both countries by the military band and an official photograph.
