Appointment of the Ambassador of Republic of Paraguay to Sri Lanka

The Government of the Republic of Paraguay with the concurrence of the Government of Sri Lanka has appointed Mr. Fleming Raul Duarte as Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Paraguay to Sri Lanka based in New Delhi. He has presented credentials to H.E. Ranil Wickremesinghe, President of Sri Lanka on 11 November, 2022 at 10.00 a.m. at the Presidential Secretariat, Colombo 01.
